Engine Test Bed (R&D) Engine Testing

Hi,

 I have few urgent requirements in An Automotive OEM Company based Madhya Pradesh

 

 Open Position : Engine Test Bed (R&D) Engine Testing

 Qualification & Experience : Full time Diploma with 1yrs to 5 yrs of experience.( All the qualification must be pass throughout 60%)

 

 CTC Range : 3 LPA to 5 LPA 

 

 Location : Madhya Pradesh 

 

 Skills required

 Test bed planning and execution according to project requirement and for better test bed utilization

To carry out Engine performance, Emission , Functional test on engine test cells. 

 Selection and implementation of SCR system for achieving BS VI. 

To carry out 'Engine performance data analysis' and test report compilation.

Experience in trouble shooting/Fault diagnosis on engines as well as on vehicles.

Hardware selection for best performance by meeting emission norms of BS VI, Injector Nozzle , Turbocharger with suitable Actuator.  

Turbocharger Speed measurement trials and optimization of turbocharger compressor speed
