We are at Endurance Technology looking for the Executive SQA(Supplier quality assurance) at Corporate Level.
The Technical Skills are as fallows,
1. Experience and exposure to various manufacturing processes in auto/ auto mobile industry
2. Experience of Supplier quality assurance activities – a) New supplier evaluation b) Supplier audits- System and Process c) Supplier up-gradation c)Support and hand holding of supplier
Improving and sustaining supplier Quality performance and vendor rating
3. Understanding of customer specific requirements and getting implemented at supplier
4. Exposure to QMS- IATF 16949/ISO 9000:2015 and tools like 7 QC, VSM, TPM, PPAP FMEA, 8D Why Why analysis, Lean etc
5. Ability to explore the opportunities for cost reduction and reduction in losses at supplier
6. Ability to train the people- Supplier side/ETL side
7. Ability to communicate and co-ordinate with interface departments and suppliers and ability to work in team
Tools Required: SAP, Power Point Presentation, Excel, MS Office.
Experience Range: 3-5 Years.
