Job Description :

● Procurement & Contract management of Solar Module, Inverter, Robotic Cleaning & Module Mounting Structure & fasteners for Solar project.

● Awarding consultancy services & inspection services for Solar Module, Inverter, Robotic Cleaning & Structure material.

● Experience of procurement of Solar cell & other components used for Module manufacturing.

●  Expertise in SAP MM module for PR & PO creation, Payment processing, reconciliation of material & report generation.

●  Knowledge of LC documents & terms & conditions of LC.

●  Knowledge of Domestic & International contractual terms & conditions.

●  Handling the responsibility of expediting the material & tracking material deliveries from domestic & international suppliers.

● Experience on reconciliation of material & executing contract closure activities and Vendor performance evaluation.

● Costing preparation for DC BOS package.

● Knowledge of PR to PO process.

●  Carrying out detailed comparative analysis on price comparison of various bids. 

●  MIS preparation for tracking the status of PR, PO, Payment & Material deliveries.

● Maintaining the records of documents generated while executing the Purchase orders.
