job opening for Technical Trainer position

Greeting from Dixon Technoloiges! We have a job opening for Technical Trainer position belonging to Quality systems background of smartphones.  

Responsibilites:

1.     Conducting induction/orientation/on job training/certification process for all workers. 

2.     Conducting On job training of staff till Asst. engineer level. 

3.     Develop technical presentation modules/training content and material based on current projects. 

4.     Creating question banks and conducting evaluation for certification of operator level staff. 

5.     Maintaining documents of all operator validation. 

6.     Maintaining skill matrix for line operators of all departments. 

7.     Conduct training needs assessment by collecting information pertaining to work procedures, work flow, reports, understanding job specific functions and tasks. 

8.     Conducting internal training audits. 

9.     Presenting all training/skill matrix documents in external audit. 

10. Create training schedules of all departments and implement the same. 

11. Determine course content according to all project objectives. 

12. Arrange and conduct functional/onsite trainings when needed. 

 

Requirements:

1.     Proven experience of 1-2 years as technical trainer in electronics manufacturing field. 

2.     Knowledge of smart phone manufacturing processes.

3.     Experience in designing course content/training materials

4.     Working knowledge of MS excel/MS power point.

5.     Good communication skills and confident to address large crowds. 

6.     Education: B.Tech/Diploma background 

 

Salary range – Within 26K – 28K CTC PM.
