Mechanical Maintenance candidates at Joint Manager level

NBC Bearings is looking for Mechanical Maintenance candidates at Joint Manager level for Savli, Vadodara plant.

Qualification : Must be B.E/B.Tech Mechanical/Mechatronics (Full Time), 10 -12 years of shop floor experience 

Brief Job Role:

. To ensure Preventive Maintenance adherence at plant

· Spare part Management – Planning, Procurement, Spare & Inventory cost control

· Critical Spare planning

· Mean Time to Repair (MTTR) & Mean Time Between Failure (MTBF)

· Lean Manufacturing : TPM – Zero leakage at Shop floor and 5S

· Hydraulic & Pneumatics maintenance

· Data Management & Team Management

. Vendor Management

· Strong communication, flavor to teach & train people.

· Should have strong knowledge of Hydraulic & Pneumatics, CNC Machines, Special Purpose Machine (SPM), Ball screw, Gear Box, Bearings etc.

Location: Savli, Vadodara
