Hi,

 I have few urgent requirements in An Automotive OEM Company based Indore, Madhya Pardesh

 

 Open Position : Assistant Manager / Dy. Manager- Quality (Plant Quality & Customer Quality)

 

 Qualification & Experience : Full Time BE/B.Tech with 7yrs to 12yrs of experience & Diploma with 10yrs  to 17yrs of experience 

 CTC : 8 LPA to 10 LPA 

 Location : Indore, Madhya Pardesh

 

 Skills required

 

 Must be from gear industry 

 Overall responsible for QC, QA, QMS and Customer handling.

 Should be able to impress customer and get the things done

 Knowledge of in-coming, line and end of line quality

 Should be able to impress customer and get the things done

 Ensure the quality of incoming materials as per the pre-defined design

 Preparing FMEA & PPAP documents

 Knowledge of various quality tools & problem solving techniques

 System knowledge like TS 16949, APQP, PPAP etc

 Knowledge of Gear process, Gear hobbling, shaving, shaping, turning & Grinding 

 

 Purpose:-To provide full quality support to quality team within the stipulated time period & managing the customer requirements within the pre-defined scope/design
