Experience : Maximum 6 Years’ Experience in Automotive Engine, Lubrication, Cooling & Fuel systems component design
Maximum 4 Years’ Experience in Automotive Engine, Lubrication, Cooling & Fuel system component design
1. Design engineers skilled in Creo for creation of 3D Models as
well as 2D drawings
2. Knowledge for design of engine components considering the
manufacturing aspects – casting / forging requirements
3. Good experience in Diesel Engine Designing experience .
a. Cylinder block assembly
b. Cylinder head assembly
c. Cranktrain assembly
d. Valvetrain assembly
e. Drivetrain assembly
f. Lubrication system
g. Cooling system
h. Fuel System
3. 2D part and Assembly drawing creation
4. GD&T Allocation
5. Tolerance stack-up analysis
6. BOM creation
7. Material allocation for designed parts
8. Existing Part & drawing updation
9. Prior experience for working with suppliers for manufacturability
10. Knows the achievable tolerances and surfaces for typical machining and manufacturing process
11. Excellent soft skills
12. Highly motivated and a team player
13. Excellent oral and written English
14. Communication and teamwork skills, presentation skills and readiness to cooperate
15. Good knowledge in to MS Excel
