Job Description : Who have good knowledge
· Should have good experience in Indirect Sourcing & in new product development / prototyping/ RFQs
· Contract management, Negotiation , knowledge of manufacturing processes of EMS, Customs clearance
· Hands on experience in sourcing and Experience in Spend Analytics
· Experience in Market Research and Analysis (from sourcing and procurement perspective)
· Experience in sourcing / Tactical Buying (for any category of Electronics Components- Passive & Active, Sheet metal, Plastics & Wire Harness),
· Experience in Compliance to Procurement policies and procedures
· Project Management Skills and Significant Procurement experience demonstrating a proven track record
· Sophisticated Excel Skills, Proficient in Power Point and presentation skills
. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and people management
· Should be able to balance everyday RFQ challenge
· Innovative, Ownership, Problem solving attitude and Support broader transformation.
· Coordinates the introduction of new / modified products and services with respective departments using extensive knowledge of category to reflect developments / innovations in the market place
· Implement sourcing plan, suggest improvements to the process and suppliers.
· Negotiate product prices with the suppliers and implement the benefits/savings
· Ensure that RFQ request are catered to in a timely & effective manner.
· Liaise with suppliers for quotes, identify improvements and implement the improvements with the supplier.
· Own sourcing business system process and prices.
