Urgent opening for New Product Introduction Manager/ Sr. Manager

We have an Urgent opening for New Product Introduction Manager/ Sr. Manager for Bawal, Rewari(Haryana) location.

Candidate should be regular B.Tech/B.E in Electronics with minimum 11 to 16 yrs experience.

Person should be from Electronics manufacturing background only*.

Below mentioned is the JD.

1 To introduce new products from design engineering into and through manufacturing concerning the assembly process, cost, material flow and quality  

 2 To manage the planning, development and implementation of printed circuit board assembly (PCBA) processes including failure analysis during the new product introduction   

3 To finalize product design with production in optimizing the time, resources and cost of actual production DFM (Design for Manufacturability)   

4 Ensure completion of all product development timelines, delivery, quality and required business metrics by organizing and streamlining all interdepartmental activities   

5 To derive manufacturing implications of product design requirements and component selection versus the product life cycle. To select right machine, fixture, process tool to meet customer required for NPI product   

6 To determine & drive to completion all manufacturing changes that improve quality, lead time and cost  

 7 Ensure proper distribution of task forces to team members, to coach and supervise their works and responsible for their performance  

8 Initiate continuous improvements in design by updating new technology and participating in kaizen activities so as to improve the quality, productivity and safety.

Person should have good Knowledge of AIAG Core tools.
