Job Description
1. Communication with managers to identify training needs.
2. Mapping out development plans for teams and individuals
3. Conduct new hire orientation on site SOPs, Quality Management Systems.
4. Review OJT form of completeness and accuracy.
5. Prepare reports/ presentations for site training completion
