Assistant manager - Finance & Account

We are hiring an Assistant Manager- Finance & Accounts for our Pune Office.

Roles and Responsibilities

-min 2-7 years of relevant experience
-Preparation of Budget, MIS, along with detailed Analysis.
-Preparation of Balance Sheet
-Hands on experience in handling statutory Audits (LRs and year end audit)
-Managing Internal Audit across the organization.
-Compliance with Statutory requirement.
-SOP implementation & Completion of Statutory Audit.
-Good exposure of routine accounting, payable, General accounting & Books keeping
-Maintaining Fixed Asset Register
-Handling TDS and returns, Knowledge in Compliance of GST.
-To make monthly reports /MIS/Cash flow statement
-Excellent knowledge of MS office and Basic knowledge on ------Computer workings and working in ERP environment.
-Experience in Salary computation/ tax /salary slips.
-Co-ordinating with the Bank authorities for Accounts related activities, Salary Disbursement etc.


Desired Candidate Profile
-Qualified M.Com
-Good communication skills
-Sound Knowledge in Excel mandatory
