* Responsible for Production planning and control in the Plant.

* Initiate production planning at plant level as per the Marketing Demand. 

* Asses Plant Capacities (Model wise Capacities & Volume wise capacities) and match to the Marketing Priority 

* Communicated with all the department as team leader on customers schedule to be completed.

* Placed the orders to departments/ Suppliers and determined requirements as needed to satisfy production. 

* Resolving any issues surrounding purchases –delivery schedule, receiving, Invoicing.

* Knowledge and understanding of standard terminology (Process Flow, PFMEA, Control plan, work instructions, Check sheets and quality Standards). 

* Monthly sales planning against customer demand. 

* Monthly sale gap analysis.

* Support Import/ Export Business with International Customers.

* Fill the Gap in between Plant process where ever required by supporting to complete the task.

Candidate-

BE/ DME with 10-14 Yrs of experience in Auto Sector / Preferably MNC's PPC department.

Good Communication , Business understanding, Customer interaction etc.

Leadership Quality to lead the teams of other departments .

Should know import/ Export business requirements for logistic.
