UniMech Aerospace is looking for Quality Manager with exhibited experience in Precision product manufacturing industries.
Qualification & Experience: BE / Btech with min 6 years Industry experience
Position: Full time
Place: Peenya & Devanahalli SEZ plant
Hands on experience in Inspection of High Complex Precision & Fabrication products.
Strong GD&T understanding & Manufacturing / Metrological interpretation.
Advance level expertise in Microsoft tools
Must be very strong in Analytical approach, standardization & FIFO Prioritizations
Monitoring & Analysis of Non-conformance using Defect tracker, Problem solving using 8D report for Setting right processes / systems.
Strong experience on 5S, Product Integrity and smart production / quality systems
Driving Quality across organization in collaboration with CFT teams
Demonstrated experience in driving and meeting ‘Zero customer complaint’
Verification & approval of First Article Inspection (FAIR) reports.
Performance Management of the team by setting Smart KPI’s / Goals and periodic feedbacks.
Hands on experience on all first principal measurements, gages & Zeiss CMM.
Drive the team to implement CI processes for various part of quality processes.
Support in quality strategy implementation with Operation teams.
Strong communication and Organization skills
