Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for new business development activities.
2. Responsible for growth of existing business and to achieve business plan.
3. Personal & professional growth of subordinates through training, guidance & motivation.
4. Responsible for product pricing, price escalation, negotiation, & final settlement with customers.
5. Responsible for timely collection of payment from all customers.
6. Protects organisation value by keeping information confidential.
7. Stimulate sales activities to attain or exceed revenue objectives on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
Other Requirements:
1. Candidate must have 2 wheeler exposure.
2. Should have very good communication & presentation skills.
3. Possess good analytical skills.
