Job Purpose: Design and development of Stamping Parts. Accountability-

* Sheet Metal parts Design & Drawing 

. Blanking/Fine Blanking,  Forming , Piercing ,Bending 

* Sheet Metal Parts Costing-

 ·  BOM Preparation , Process Sequence ,Std. Machine Hr Rate calculation , Costing of BOP parts and inhouse process cost 

* Define Process Flow -

 ·  Sequence of Processes , Assembly ,Packaging , BOM preparation,  Process flow Preparation and execution 

* Preparation of Proto Samples -

 ·  Sample parts manufacturing ,Assembly of parts , Proto Sample development ,

* Execution of New Product development-

 ·  Prepare sequence of activities for the project 

* BOP parts and inhouse parts Assembly -

 ·  Make ready samples for testing 

* Process defines, TAKT time working, Testing and Validation

 ·  Testing and validation 

·  Approval from QA

 ·  Testing and validation along with Approvals from Authorities

 * Coordination with Sales team to understand the requirement of the product 

 ·  Understand product portfolio.

 ·  Product features and Application

Candidate-

 ● Qualifications: Mechanical Eng.  /M tech (From Premium Institute with 10±02 years of experience in Metal parts Design & development.)

Skills:

Good leadership with CFT coordination

Good technical communication

Knowledge of Stamping Processes  

Design & Drawings proficiency

Software Proficiency: Auto Cad, CAM, Catia, Solid Works, Pro E, Hyper form.
