Sr. Production Executive (Paint Shop)- Female Candidate

Location- Near Indore 

MNC (OEM) in Auto Sector

Role-

•Processing Planning, Layout Planning, Equipment Sourcing, Generation of Purchase Request, Negotiations Skills

•DFMEA, PFMEA, Control Plan, Standard Operating Procedures, Output Quality Parameters.

•Co-ordination and highly aligned teamwork with Global Paint Team.

Responsibilities-

* Production planning and Process Monitoring & Control.

* Paint Competency Development with Scorecard monitoring.

* Innovation & Technology Road mapping,

* Maintenance of both Chassis & Powder coat Paint shop.

* Equipment's & Production Ramp up.

* Maintaining Paint Quality safety standards

Candidate - FEMALE Candidate ONLY

* BE / B. Tech - Chemical / Paint / Mechanical with 4-8 yrs. of experience or

Diploma – Chemical/ Paint/ Mechanical with 10+ years of experience

* Working experience in Auto Sector

Candidate should have following exposure-

* Having conversant with Conveyor System, Paint Booth, Oven, Cooler, Paint Utility Equipment's,

* SCADA, AHU, DM Plant, HWG, HVAC, ETP, conventional Paint Guns, Electrostatic Dispensing Equipment's, Reciprocates, Robots, Powder Coating Dispensing setups, Paint Kitchens, all types of PT Systems for Chassis, sheet metals, plastics, Primer & Top Coats will provide specifications for all sorts of paint equipment's, Paint Utilities.

* Machine/Equipment Maintenance

* Production planning and execution of Chassis as well as Powder coating Paint Shop.

Skill Set Required-

* Trouble shooting, Problem Solving, Good communication and interpersonal skill, Presentation Skill
