01. Be able to communicate simple & basic Chinese and English.
02. Able to handle, resolve, manage customer query, complaints dispute quickly & efficiently.
03. MIS, documentation & data management, PO & SO management, ERP, Excel, Ms-word, Powerpoint & customer portal (ERP) handling skill.
04.Hand pick knowledge of commercial department work such as warehouse, logistics, finance, etc.
05. Planning along with the implementation of Existing & new work processes among the plant team.
06. End to end follow-up & strong coordination with PMC, warehouse, logistics, finance team to meet the client commitment.
