Opening for Group Leader – In process Audit Quality Operations with automotive OEM at Vadodara Gujarat
Responsibility
· Overall responsible for the process audit process.
· Create and maintain safety awareness in Junior Engineers & Associates.
· Support JEs in closure of safety issues and SOT Observations.
· Identify training needs, Review Skill matrix on timely Basis. Monitoring and Achieving Plan Vs. Actual TNI.
· Encourage JE’s & Associates to identify and execute Kaizens and improvements.
· Ensure effective implementation of all the quality standard requirements.
· Review JES, SOS, SOP, KYT, STS, TIS, PFMEA, PSR.
· Responsible for process audit from start of end of manufacturing process.
· Drive for closure for All shop Process audit observations & QCOS audit observation with all stake holders.
· Bring conceptual changes in the process audit for effectiveness.
· Identify potential customer concerns and initiate ICA & PCA.
· Strengthen process audit system with technological upgradation.
· Review tool, equipment or facility requirement and calibration and follow up for the same on monthly basis.
· Conduct layered audits as per schedule and ensure closer of open points and improvement based on LA (Layered Audit). Check LA done by JE and guide JE for improvements.
· Lead new launch readiness as per launch glide path.
· Ensure Implementation of MGPS Requirements on shop floors.
· Prepare Daily report of Quality update in coordination with CFT.
· End of Line equipment process audit

· Team Budget Preparation
· Critical issue (Observations) sharing to Quality & Mfg. Leadership.
Vehicle Build card Designing & Ordering
· BE/B.Tech (electrical/mechanical) with min 6 years of experience,
· Paint process knowledge is must.
· Sound knowledge of cars and assembly process, quality and manufacturing
Sound knowledge of Process audit & QCOS audit
