Education: Degree in Electronic/Mechanical Engineering.
Experience: 5 to6 Years in Automotive Domain.
CTC: INR 5-7lac/A.
Job responsibilities:
Strategic:
• Supplier Continual Improvement
• Enhance Customer satisfaction
• Defect prevention
• Reduction of variation & waste throughout supply chain
Operational:
Responsible for Supplier Overall Product Quality on parts supplied
• To work closely with supplier for continual improvement for Quality of products
• Responsible to reduce supplier PPM as per defined targets
• Reduce supplier complaint with 8D action plan
• Responsible to calculate supplier overall Performance
• To conduct supplier trainings
• To conduct supplier PPAP
• To prepare supplier Quality plans
• To define & plan supplier Audit & also conduct Process & Product Audit at supplier end .
• To emphasis on system implementation at supplier end w.r.t to QMS
• To handle overall Inward Quality functions including material release for use of Finished products
