Profile - SQA (Electrical components)
Designation –Engineer/ Senior Engineer (Male)
Experience - 5 to 7 Years
Qualification - Btech / Diploma in Electronic
Notice period - Immediate joiner
Preferred Ind./Sector – Mobile Electronic Industry
Skills - Knowledge about charger , datacables , earphone , battery.
Job Descriptions :-
Ensure timely Inspection of Incoming SMT Components as per Lava Standard/Customer requirement.
Ensure timely GRN/material clearance in SAP/MES.
Ensure Inspection reports of all inspected items should be filled properly.
Ensure handling of LCR Testing Jigs & Fixtures.
Ensure timely containment of material as per ageing guidelines.
Analyzing SMT Component failure or break down caused due to incoming material defects.
Timely raising & closure of Quality Claim/ NCR and maintain proper tracker.
To attend SMT line issues due to incoming material and provide solution accordingly for Parts related issues.
Timely movement of Vendor Rejection.
