Role & Responsibilities-
* Responsible for pre dispatch inspection & all supplies of Gears to various Automotive customers.
* Responsible for final inspection of all types & gears as per drawing & specification like dimensional, finish Lead, Profile, Finish, Heat treatment etc.
* Responsible for approving / disapproving the dispatches to customers based on sample inspection /full supply inspection.
* In case of any deviations required, highlight to Manager for approvals.
* Co-ordination with the plant quality and other related department and raise quarterly concern in supplies.
* Generate all types of reports required in final Inspection.
*Responsible for Quality Management systems in the function.
Candidate - DME into 10-12 years' experience in final quality department & Gears manufacturing companies.
* Good knowledge of all process of Gears manufactures.
* Good experience in drawing, reading & understanding specifications.
* Good knowledge of tolerance & specification of quality management system.
* Good experience of using different inspection instruments.
* Good in Reports preparation.
* Good communication & presentation skill.
