Roles and Responsibilities

Overall responsible for Quality activities across the business.

Create and implement best practice quality vision, strategies, policies, processes and procedures to aid and improve quality business performance.

Responsible for driving the QMS activities across the group.

Responsible for conducting international audits as per plan.

Responsible for change management systems (PPCN) for smooth transition.

Driving core team (CFT) for eliminating customer complaint.

Assessment of existing and new suppliers as per check sheet for the quality complaints.

Coordination with design team for improvements/testing details of new product.

Key roles in validation of new product coordination with design team for improvements for the warranty complaint.

Team work and guiding the new joiners to adhere with the systems.

Evaluate the challenges faced by the business and take action to mitigate risk and develop opportunities.

Candidate- BE/ Diploma in Engineering with 8-12 years of Quality assurance in a manufacturing plant, preferably in Auto sector.

Must have experience in QMS , PPAP, PFMEA, APQP etc.

Good knowledge of IATF 16949 and other quality tools. 

MR for Quality function, Quality audits etc.
