We are hiring for Manager Maintenance(Wire & cable Manufacturing) at UKB Electronics Pvt. Ltd. at Pune Ranjangaon plant

Exp: 12-15 years 

Qualification-Diploma/BE In EE/Mech.

#Profile:

-Prepare daily, weekly & monthly preventive maintenance plan for plant machinery & utility.Review daily work of maintenance & project staff & report to senior management.

Confirm the technical point to operation staff to reduce the machine break down.

Handle monthly audits for the break down analysis & made the PA(Preventive Action) for same.

Make Re-occurrence analysis report & make the new action plan according to it.

Handle process related Problems, parameters & operation also.

Handling the engineering store, with all inputs & outputs.

Maintaining MSL in engineering store, such as plant will not suffer, also for the budgeting the Critical spares for each month.

Accountable for process improvement to improve product quality & productivity with minor & major modification to make the system healthier.

 Help to the account dept for the Techno commercial matters of the repair maint.

Experience in maintenance and troubleshooting of different types of high-speed machines and handling day-to-day troubleshooting and Maintenance jobs.

Should Have Knowledge about Maintenance of RBD,Extruder,Wire Drawing,Buncher Machines etc.
