We are looking for an experienced DGM - Forge Shop to join our team at Ramkrishna Forgings Limited (RKFL), Gamharia.
Role Overview:
🔹 Lead forge shop production (Hammer & Upsetter) with expertise in dies & tools
🔹 Oversee a 5000 MT monthly production capacity, ensuring smooth operations
🔹 Achieve targeted production while maintaining zero rejection & QMS compliance
🔹 Drive cost reduction, process improvement, and innovation (Kaizen, Six Sigma, TPM)
🔹 Lead and develop the forge shop team through training and guidance
Requirements:
✔️ 20+ years of experience in forge shop operations
✔️ Strong knowledge of Belt Drop, MPM & Upsetter Forging including Die & Tool design
✔️ Expertise in quality standards & inspection methods
✔️ Strategic leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
✔️ Diploma/BE/B.Tech (ADFT certification preferred)
📍 Location: Gamharia
