🔹 Key Details:

    - Position: Executive – Production Planning and Control

    - Location: Noida

    - Department: Production Planning and Control

    - Qualification: Diploma or Graduate in Mechanical Engineering

    - Experience: 5–7 years of relevant experience

 

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

- Gather production inputs from the shop floor and enter them into the company ERP system.

- Prepare routine reports and share them with functional heads.

- Develop detailed production plans and schedules, factoring in demand forecasts, inventory, and resource availability.

- Coordinate with departments (Production, Materials/Purchase, Quality Control) to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to schedules.

- Monitor and manage inventory levels to optimize stock and minimize costs.

- Analyze production data to identify improvement opportunities and implement efficiency-enhancing strategies.

- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and streamline processes.

 

🔹 Desired Skills:

- Proficiency in planning, scheduling, and production control

- Strong command of MS Excel, Power BI, and professional emailing

- Solid analytical and auditing capabilities

- Ability to train and mentor team members

- Focused on quality and continuous process improvement
