Are you a Diploma-qualified Quality professional from a 4W Passenger Vehicle OEM with 4 to 9 years of experience in Weld Shop Quality operations?

This is your chance to drive weld quality excellence through data, defect analysis, robot-based inspections, and process optimization!

📌 Key Responsibilities:

🔍 Lead quality control activities across 45-50 workmen & 5-6 supervisors

 ✅ Ensure weld integrity through jigs, safety & quality checkpoints

 🔧 Hands-on experience in spot welding, robot reteaching (Fanuc/Kawasaki) & sealer inspection

 📊 Drive defect analysis, loss recovery, and KPI-based performance

 🚨 Plan for emergencies, rework reduction, and consumables optimization

 📈 Train team members, analyze process gaps & drive KAIZEN improvements

🧩 Must-Have Technical Skills:

Strong command over spot welding parameters, jig inspections & safety audits

In-depth knowledge of Fanuc/Kawasaki robot programming & quality checks

Understanding of door & white body lines, hemming, sealer quality

Skilled in line data analysis, body accuracy & finish inspections

Knowledge of prevailing quality systems & audit compliance standards

 🎓 Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical / Production / Automobile / Industrial
