1. Engagement and Management of Ecommerce accounts like Amazon, Flipkart, EBay, Tata Cliq and other Online Portals.
2. Upload new products on the marketplaces like Amazon, Flip-kart, etc. and conducting regular audits to ensure correct listing is live on the platform.
3. Optimising and modifying the existing product listing & prices on the marketplaces to increase the product visibility.
4. Planning and execution of promotions and ads on e-commerce platforms to increase sales while maintaining healthy margins.
5. Coordinating with the Internal Team to ensure on time network/stocks for promotions and events.
6. Handling customers queries and complaints.
7. Daily Activity Report needs to be maintained and updated regularly about day to day operations
