Experience: 6 to 8 years (Preferred Plastic Moulding Industry),
Role-
1. Time to time review of maintenance contracts wherever applicable
2. Control of fuel efficiency as per the laid down standards.
3. Plan for sufficient utilities on the basis of projected sales targets.
4. Ensure adherence to Quality systems / ISO/TS-16949
5. Ensure adherence to Environmental Management systems/ ISO 14001.
6. Coordinate improvement activities related to MBEM , process audits and safety.
7. Prepare budget for maintenance and improvement.
8. Plan departmental LTS linked to business needs and LTS.
9. Support for 5S & Kaizen
10. To introduce TPM and latest Maintenance Techniques.
11. Provide Knowledge & working experience in related SAP processes.
12. Any other task assigned from time to time.

13. To monitor & control Power & Fuel expenditure as per budget norms.
