Qualification & Exp: Metallurgy, B.E - 6 yrs /Diploma - 10 yrs
Job role :
1. Team lead of shop supervisor
2. Overall Incharge of heat treatment section handling heat treatment of heavy forgings such as Shafts, Dished end, shells
3. Day to day planning for effective resource utilisation
4.Drive safety, WMS & health initiatives
Competencies required :
Sound knowledge of heat treatment concepts
Experience in heat treatment of steel and if possible AI & To made through open forging.
