Designation: - HR Executive/ Senior Executive
Location: - Mumbai, Powai (Currently WFH)
Experience Required: - 2-3 yrs
Qualification: Postgraduate - Human Resources
Roles and responsibilities: -
Understand the business implications of the policies and develop different execution methods.
Execute/ Implement Different policies which include attendance and performance improvement in the organization.
Maintain employees’ leaves, medical and attendance records. Keep track of employees’ attendance/ absenteeism and centrally run audits for it.
Skills:
Hands on experience on Advance Excel.
Excellent time management & problem solving skills and knowledge of HR best practices.
Strong analytical Skills.
Stakeholder Management.
CTC- Upto 5 lakhs
