Location - Kanpur
Exp : 3 - 5 years in Service Operations
Education: Technical Degree Must (ITI or 03 Yrs Diploma)
Age - Maximum age upto 32 yrs.
CTC - Max upto 4 Lacs.
Industry Preferred - Small Home Appliances
Job Profile in Brief:
a) Handle escalations – coordinate between customer and technician & resolve the issue
b) Happy calling to customers/ dealers after the complaint has been resolved
c) Ensure the balance confirmation statement is collected from all ASCs & PSCs
d) Regularly visit warehouse for checking and verifying product replacement sticker, spare parts inventory, defectives returned and the nature of defect
e) Check & process claims of ASCs & PSCs on a monthly basis
f) Analyse calls on a monthly basis & identify potential areas to improve
g) Check the job sheets submitted by ASC/ PSC/ UIL & TPA technicians
