Preferably who have worked in a fast-paced, exponentially growing environment. The roles and responsibilities would be( but not limited) to-
Leading and Managing a team of high performing individuals responsible for meeting operational and business goals
Driving appropriate data-oriented analysis, adoption of technology solutions, and process improvement projects
Managing stakeholder communication across multiple lines of business on operational milestones, process changes, escalations, etc.
