2. Execute Process of Recruitment for Suitable and Efficient Placement 

3. Sourcing candidates through Portals, Social Networking Sites etc

4. Ability to deal with people tactfully, willing to learn and team facilitator. 

5. Searching & Screening relevant resumes 

Shortlisting candidates 

6. Lining up candidates 

7. Conducting Telephonic and Face to Face Interviews. 

8. People from consultancy/ recruitment firm preferred.
