Job Description 

1.Education : Diploma/B E in Mechanical /Industrial Production/Automobile.

 2. 3 +years of Industrial experience in creating assembly work instruction / Technical Illustration/ Production planning/ Process planning.

 3. Shop floor experience on leading assembly lines. Working Experience in Clean Room will be an added advantage.

 4. Troubleshoot/Address build issues on shop floor, guide operators/technicians on assembly procedure.

 5. Good understanding of Workmanship Standards.

 6. Good manufacturing & assembly knowledge to explain the component assembly procedure.

 7. Good knowledge on usage of special assembly tools, jigs and fixtures.

 8. Good knowledge of Ergonomic tools used on assembly floor and also the safety measures & precautions to be used.

 9. Basic knowledge on Poke-Yoke(Mistake or Error Proofing) method.

 10. Basic knowledge on wire Harness & Schematic to create OMS related to cables, routing etc.

 11. Working knowledge of Unigraphics and Teamcenter.

 12. Good communication and presentation skill.
