Position – Process Engineering - Manufacturing
Exp – 3 To 6 Years
Responsibilities :- Ø Interface between PM and Customer for the new product/process related activities
Ø Ensuring the availability of resources.
Ø Responsible for optimising the layout for achieving the desired UPH and UPPH.
Ø Responsible for capacity demonstration in the lines.
Ø Responsible line balancing.
Ø Responsible for localisation of Jigs and fixtures.
Ø Ensuring the stability of process equipment's.
Ø Cost reduction initiatives in the own area.
Ø Ensuring Conveyor and equipment's installation as per layout.
Ø Ensuring the Manufacturing failure rate is under control and drive improvements in the processes. Driving improvements & POKE-YOKE implementation in the process
equipment's. Ensuring the end to end of product flow without any loss or defect.
Salary – As per company norms
Location – Sricity, Tada - AP
