We have an urgent vacancy for production shift leader/team leader profile for our company Soothe Healthcare Pvt. Ltd.

Job Description -

1. Supervising Team, assigning duties, and creating a shift schedule.  

2. Monitoring team performance and ensuring duties are performed efficiently.

3. Reporting any issues that arise during the shift to Reporting Manager.

4.Ensuring compliance with company policies, health, and safety standards.          

5. Coaching team members and training new staff.  

6.Overall responsibility of Production & Maintenance of the entire shift.          

7.Foster and maintain a positive work environment.

8. Leadership skills and ability to make decisions fast.

9. Strong problem-solving aptitude.

10. Ensuring that priorities, targets and standard operating procedures are managed to successful completion.

11.Guide and teach Senior Operators & Junior Operators in the technical areas where they lack behind.

12.Proper supervision of shift reports filling with exact problem and root cause and Ability to work both days and shift pattern work. 

13. Ensuring that priorities, targets and standard operating procedures are managed to successful completion.

14.Strong Technical Knowledge of Sanitary/Diaper manufacturing machine.

15.Ability to stand for long periods.

16.Proactive and innovative team player who is also capable of working as part of a team or independently.
