Education: Diploma in Mechanical / Automobile/ Production

Years of Experience : Minimum 5 years post Diploma (Automotive background)

Job Location : Chakan, Pune

Working Days : 6 days working ( Rotational Shift)

 Role in brief

 Work as a Assembly line supervisor to achieve targeted KPI.

 Responsibilities

 ·      Maintain 5S across line operations 

·      To Meet daily production targets and work on increasing line efficiency. 

·      Meet all KPI’s of productivity, quality, safety, delivery etc.

·      Evaluate Ergonomic study and decide actions accordingly. Report an accident or near miss to safety department 

·      Design standardized work activity and implement across line operations. 

·      Decide action to avoid NC production 

·      Implement JBS system to train line operating engineer for same

·      Support and encourage operating team for continual improvement to reduce the cost by improving productivity / training to new members by experienced team member

·      Awareness to Team member and mentor them to reduce scrap

·      Shall functionally perform duties of Supervisor.
