Designation             : Onsite Customer Support.
Qualification            : BE / Btech
Experience               : 3+ years in Mobile Manufacturing/ Electronics in Quality Assurance Background.
Job Location : NOIDA

Responsibilities :
1.Responsible for reduction of failures & monitoring Online DPPM at client end.
2. Responsible for reduction of bulk return & eliminate misjudgment at client thru effective communication.
3.Collect & summarize client quality information & provide to Manufacturing site for CAPD improvement.
4.Responsible for analyzing failure of client complaints on time & feedback to manufacturing site.
5.Analyze the defective products at customer end & work towards elimination of bulk return,
6.Monitoring of Lots at client IQC sent from manufacturing site.
