Position: Senior Engineer / Asst.Manager

Exp: 8 to 12 years

Job Description:

1) Hands on well versed in problem solving techniques, data collection, statistical analysis, System developing along with all the relevant quality management requirements.

2) Knowledge on TQM and IATF/TS16949

3) Should have experience in vendor and customer Quality management

4) Responsible for Quality control for entire plant.

5) Responsible for Achieving the Quality KPI within the target.

6) Responsible for reducing of customer complaints

7) Responsible for Quality manpower control

8) Responsible for Quality manpower training and skill level up PPM control

9) Filed claim parts detail analysis and control

10) Re-claim parts protest control management

11) Evaluation of competence skill level

12) Process / Product audit in production process

13) Customer quality documents preparation & Quality AQS awareness training

14) Coordinate with production team.
