Qualification - B.Tech / B.E
Experience - 2-6 Years

Must have good command in Chinese language
Job Description :
1.Handling and tracking of complaints From all over India , Promote problems and solve them in time.
2.Focus on the special customer scenarios, continuous improvement in test cases and test strategies.
3. Manage team and track each team member’s performance and compare it with team goals
4.Analyze complaints on daily basis and for serious issues push development
team to improve the quality of software.
5..Analyze complaint data, refine user scenarios, find reasons left to the market, and reverse software quality improvements
Key Skills Required :
1. Good experience in customer complain handling
2. Understand the knowledge of mobile communication network (GSM / WCDMA / LTE),be familiar with Indian operators' network, Familiar with Android operating system, Good communication skills and teamwork skills
3. Can adapt to short term travel, strong self - management ability; Experience in manual testing.
4.Strong continuous learning ability, good teamwork spirit and sense of responsibility, strong communication and coordination skills.
