 We Navitasys India Private Limited (A TDK Group Company) are the leading manufacturer of Lithium-Ion batteries.

We are looking for:- AM-HR & IR

Qualification:- Regular MBA from a affiliated University 

location:- Manesar, Haryana

Department: IR 
Role:-


To implement and monitor Salary -Wages administration and Compensation for blue collars

 

§ To develop a system of intelligence to collect information about workers / staff on any adverse attitude, morale, behavior and grievances and maintain a log book
on such information.

§ Manage salary and other disbursements to blue collars. 

§ Coordinate and co-operate with the Training & Development of blue collars.

§ To monitor / ensure payment of Salary - Wages in time. Organize meeting in presence of factory manager for various committees as per factory Act.

§ To monitor welfare activities to ensure that all the grievances and disputes from workers are dealt and resolved effectively. 

§ Monitors and guide the IR/time office/Administration team to ensure timely attendance of workers, disciplinary issues and leave issues. 

§ Preparing reports on employee turnover and attendance issues and provides recommendations to overcome challenges to Factory manager.

§ Organize meeting with HODs to understand the manpower requirement for specific departments and create yearly manpower plan and implementation process. 

§ Responsible for standard conflict management process in the factory in line with the policy guidelines .

§ Cross checking the data for providing final reports on leave, attendance etc for finalization of incentive, salary and other payments 

§ To handle / co-ordinate all types of Employee Disciplinary matters and I.R / Labor Relations matters.

§ Collaborates & provide assistance to the higher authorities in implementing the plans, policies and programs on employee health, safety, welfare and benefits.

§ Provides action on issues and problems related to employee welfare and benefits.

§ Identifies additional viable benefits and welfare issues for the employees .

§ Legal compliances and returns submission on time as per various labour Acts.

§ Factory license/Contractor RC registrations.

§ Liaisoning with labour department government authorities.
