#Position: Manager/Asst. Manager-Heat Treatment
Qualification: Diploma Metallurgy/BE (Metallurgy)
Experience: 5-10 years in managing Heat treatment process in Automotive/Engineering industry
#Position: Asst Manager (Production-Gear Cutting)
Education: B.E/B.Tech (Mechanical)
Skill: Knowledge of CNC Machining/Grinding/VMC/ Gear cutting/Gear Hobbing etc
TPM Awareness is mandatory.
Experience: >10 Yrs
CTC: As per industry standards
#Position: Sr. Engineer (Production-Gear Cutting)
Education: B.E/B.Tech (Mechanical)
Skill: Knowledge of CNC Machining/Grinding/VMC/ Gear cutting/Gear Hobbing etc
Experience: >5 Yrs
CTC: As per industry standards
#Position: TPM Facilitator
Education: DME/BE (Mechanical, Production)
Experience: >6 Yrs in TPM
Industry: Automotive ancillary, Gear mfg, machining etc
Skills: Certified TPM facilitator from JIPM or CII TPM club & should have implemented TPM practices in organisation.
CTC: Best in industry
#Position: EHS Officer
• Education: B.E/BSC + PDIS
• Experience: 2-3 Yrs
• Role: Management of EHS processes as per GFR, CPCB & EHSMS requirements
• CTC Budget: Upto INR 3.0 Lacs per annum
