We are hiring technical Training Manager for our Engines division for TAFE Power products based out of Faridabad.
Person will be responsible for the followings.
Design and develop technical training modules.
Identification of needs and plan trainings for team.
Onsite/ Virtual training delivery to international team/ Channel partners team
Training effectiveness
required skills:
Good knowledge and experience in engines , genset industry.
Good product knowledge ( Engines/ Genset)
Effective communicator
Education - BE/BTech ( Mechanical)
Experience - Min 12 Years in similar industry
