Job Description
Validation of rec. gauges & checking fixtures.
Maintaining buy off document as per customer specific requirement.
Responsible for CMM inspection of panel checker, sheet metal components.
Monitoring manufacturing processes such as panel checker, Assembly etc.
Preparation of sample layout inspection reports.
Static and dynamic inspection of tools internal and with customers.
Making inspection formats for sheet metal components/press panels.
Preparation of sample inspection reports like Surface, Trim, Thinning and appearance
