Looking for Manufacturing Engineer 

Education

 • Bachelor's Degree Mechanical

 • 3 to 5 Years of Experience

Notice Period:-30 Days Max 

OMS (Operation method Sheet) JD:

 1. Education : Diploma/B E in Mechanical /Industrial Production/Automobile.

 2. 3+ years of industrial experience in creating assembly work instruction / Technical illustration. Shop floor experience is added advantage.

 3. Good manufacturing & assembly knowledge to explain the component assembly procedure.

 4. Basic knowledge of Ergonomic tools used at assembly floor and also the safety measures & precautions to be used.

 5. Basic knowledge on Poke-Yoke(Mistake or Error Proofing) method.

 6. Basic knowledge on wire Harness & Schematic to create OMS related to cables, routing etc.

 7. Working knowledge of Unigraphics, Teamcenter, Pro-E, Creo etc. At least any one of the CAD & PLM software.

 8. Good communication and presentation skill.

 9. Good knowledge on usage of special assembly tools, jigs and fixtures.
